Almost all of my clients who had an attorney were thrown under the bus. Some were left to fend for them self’s in the final judgment hearing. Attorneys don’t care about ripping people off because they have made the legal system very difficult to navigate, and most people have no idea what to do, or where to go to get real help. Wow, our legal system is totally jacked up. I was reviewing some of the forms the attorneys download from the court website to fill out for clients and up on a closer inspection of the very small print under the number on the forms it states (bar association). Just hit me odd that the court forms would come from the b.a.r. association. So even if you fire your attorney the court wants you to use his forms anyway.
