Almost all of my clients who had an attorney were thrown under the bus. Some were left to fend for them self’s in the final judgment hearing. Attorneys don’t care about ripping people off because they have made the legal system very difficult to navigate, and most people have no idea what to do, or where to go to get real help. I’ created a Legal Malpractice lawsuit to help clients get their attorney fees back after they were violated. The following are things attorneys fail to do or object to that most people are not aware of: A. Challenge the court’s jurisdiction, B. Object to the defective affidavit that was used to bring the case forward. C. Object to the fact there is no 1st hand fact witness. D. Object to the fact the case was filed with insufficient pleadings. E. Object to the opposing attorney giving testimony to the court. The attorneys set up our current legal system and they made it very difficult to prove damages in a legal malpractice lawsuit. If you fail to prove damages to their standard you lose in court. We have a different plan, our lawsuit is designed to make them return your attorney fees for breach of contract. If you want to sue for more money in your legal malpractice lawsuit you will need to change the amount you are claiming. I suggest that you also research "proving legal malpractice damages" so you will be able to write the section for damages in your lawsuit against your ex-attorney. I’m pricing this lawsuit at 75.00 for a limited time so homeowners and others who were violated by attorneys will have an affordable option for getting their attorney fees back. This new legal malpractice document is #15 on our website. It's time to step up!
