Please be advised you are engaged in the unlawful
attempt to collect a debt the IRS, is showing charged off. It would be an obstruction
of the administration of justice for your corporation to continue the unlawful collection
of this accounting. I demand this accounting be discharged, and that you
contact the credit reporting agencies and remove the false information you
reported to them.
The fair debt collection practice act mandates to be
a debt collector a corporation must have a license, a bond, and be registered
in my State. I have checked and I could not find a record of your licenses, or
evidence of your corporate bond. To verify you are a legal debt collector in my
State please provide a certified copy of your license, bond information and,
verification you are registered with the Attorney General in my State.
